The Team at Castle Modular are diverse and experienced. We have been very careful in the selection of team members that are not all from a modular or main contracting background. This gives us a different viewpoint and a fresh way of looking at and solving problems.
Seamus Brady
Founder & Managing Director
Established in 2000, Castle Group was initially founded as a contractor service to supply and install ceilings and partitions on medium and large scale construction projects. Castle Group has experienced unprecedented growth over the last two decades; increasing its employee headcount to over 350, growing its project capability to an annual turnover in excess of €30M, and establishing a new business offering with Castle Modular in 2018, Throughout the evolution of Castle Group, Seamus has worked hard to align his business values with his own core beliefs of trust, integrity and partnership. This has resulted in Castle Group’s strong reputation in the industry for delivering high quality products and services by experienced staff.
A firm believer in the entire team having the same ‘can do’ attitude has allowed Seamus and his senior leadership team to foster a ‘people-first’ approach in which people can thrive in an inclusive and progressive work environment.
Eoin Waldron
General Manager
Eoin qualified with an honours degree in Engineering from NUIG in 2000. After which he worked with a tier one contractor in Ireland for nine years before taking up a Business Development role for an Irish Main Contractor in the UAE. Having being part of the team that launched the company in the UAE he transferred back to an operations role taking the lead on several large scale fast pace projects including hospitals, hotels, residential and shopping malls.
Eoin joined the Castle Group in 2020 and is really enjoying the team spirit that exists within the group. He is a keen sailor, cyclist and loves anything outdoors. He loves getting the best out of people and likes Theodore Roosevelt’s quote - ' Believe you can and your halfway there!'
Niall Hardiman
Operations Manager
Niall graduated from NUIG Galway with an honours degree in Engineering in 1995 and has over 30 years’ experience in the Construction Industry. Prior to joining Castle Group Niall worked as a Contracts Manager and has delivered a number of multimillion euro developments across the construction industry ranging from the Educational Sector, to Hospitality, to large scale Hospital Developments. Niall joined Castle Group in 2017 and takes operational responsibility for the Modular Division within the Group. He also takes a keen interest in the Castle Group Sporting activities including the participation in Charity Cycles, Duathlons and Runs.
Mark Moran
Factory Manager
Mark is a qualified carpenter joiner with over 20 years’ experience in the construction Industry with a vast experience of completing technically complex projects. In 2009 Mark Completed a Bachelor Degree of Technology in Materials and Architectural Technology. Prior to Joining Castle Modular Mark had his own carpentry business which focused on bespoke on off houses and commercial developments. Since Joining Castle Group in 2016 Mark managed the Castle Group Academy which provided an NVQ City and Guilds qualification in Dry Lining and bespoke training to industry in dry lining detailing. Mark has a keen interest in the outdoors in particular Cycling and open water swimming.
Niall Bermingham
Project Manager
Having joined the castle group team in January 2019, Niall has thoroughly enjoyed inputting his ideas on some interesting and innovative volumetric construction solutions. Before joining Castle group, he had the privilege of working as an interior designer and manufacturing manager for a construction company in the United States. This has given Niall an insight into how the industry operates in a different country and, he has been able to take his experience in that high-paced environment and bring them to the Castle Modular team. Outside of Castle Modular Niall has a keen interest in all sports and participates in Hurling and Road cycling.
