Castle Modular can achieve a much higher quality finish in both Volumetric Modular and Bathroom Pods than can be achieved by traditional methods, through rigorous quality control which is photographed and documented at every in step of the product’s journey from one end of the factory floor to the other. The clean factory environment is not affected by weather, parallel trades, out of sequence works or people movement.
Programme
It is commonly accepted in the Construction Industry that Volumetric Modular Construction requires 40 to 50% less time on site. This is particularly beneficial for the private rental, hospitality, healthcare and student accommodation sectors where the completed asset can be put to work much quicker than with a traditional build.
